West Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center is privileged to offer an excellent therapy program, thanks to your dedicated therapy and nursing staff who create an individualized program that maximizes safe and rapid progress toward recovery.
West Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center also offers Respite Care, a five-day residential stay allowing caregiver rest; Hospice Care, a program designed for the terminally ill, as well as Wound Care that treats pressure ulcers, surgical incisions, diabetic wounds and stasis ulcers.

Therapeutic Recreational Programs focus on enhancing physical, emotional, social and cognitive abilities. West Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center plans outings, monthly candlelight dinners, holiday parties, and we offer religious services.
Preparing three nutritionally balanced meals and snacks daily. These meals can seem to be lacking in enthusiasm, but we create Special diets for residents with specific needs that are prescribed by a physician. A Registered Dietitian monitors the residents and makes weekly recommendations to the facilitys Nutritional Services Department.
Social Services provide patient/family counseling and discharge planning. They coordinate the family/team conferences that give the family timely information about their recovery process.
